The Lady Loch Photo Album and The Diary of Patrick Coady Buckley will come to the Sale library as part of Travelling Treasures, one of the events in a year-long program celebrating the 150th anniversary of the State Library of Victoria.

A free presentation about the pieces - which both date back to the 1800s – will be given by heritage collection specialists, offering residents an opportunity to explore and discuss these items.

Said Wellington’s Mayor Jeff Amos: "I would like to encourage any resident with an interest in our local heritage to attend these special sessions and to learn more about the area through real life experiences."

For bookings and more information please telephone Wellington Shire Council’s Library Service on 5144 2258.
