Inviting children to dress up and join in the fun at their local libraryLocal children have a great opportunity to dress up and join in the fun at their local library thanks to a program of costume parties being organised by Wellington Shire Council during January. By Wellington Shire Council - 4th January 2005 - Back to News These parties are being run free of charge and include story-telling sessions, dancing, a cartoon movie (except the mobile library at Cowwarr), along with the chance to make a mask and participate in a masked costume parade.

There is no need to pre-book. Simply turn up on the day. Each event will run for approximately one hour 15 minutes, except Cowwarr which is 45 minutes in duration.
