Funding for Latrobe Health Services

Make one stop in health care, no more repeating personal history to several agencies

By Emma Kae - 11th May 2000 - Back to News

South-east Victoria has been granted $1.76 million in funding to deliver better health care to the area. From this, Latrobe Community Health Centre has been approved $33,500 for improvements at the centre.

The Latrobe community will benefit from upgraded health care facilities, new, higher quality systems, both in physical improvements and service.

Emphasis will be placed on a plan which means patients will only have to make one stop for health care and support. This eliminates past histories of repeating personal details to several different agencies.

Latrobe Community Health promotes well - being, happiness and good health, and the whole community will benefit from the new funding.
