Graffiti removal at Wolseley Street public toilets scheduled this Wednesday to maintain community facilities
Painters will remove graffiti from the disabled toilet at Wolseley Street, Orbost, this Wednesday, emphasising the importance of maintaining clean and respectful public facilities for the community.
Our painters are scheduled to be at Wolseley Street, Orbost, public toilets this Wednesday to paint out graffiti in the disabled toilet. We know public toilets are very important community assets, and we take our responsibility to provide and maintain them seriously. Unfortunately, not all members of the community respect public property.
Our cleaning teams take pride in their work, but cannot control what happens post-cleaning. Graffiti removal is separate; issues are reported and addressed as needed
Public toilet maintenance
Our cleaning teams do a great job and take pride in their work; however they can't control what happens after they've cleaned. The public toilet cleaning schedule is variable, with increased cleans during peak visitor periods.
Graffiti removal is a separate task to the cleaning schedule. Our cleaners report any issues to us, and we undertake any works that are needed. We are also looking forward to more public toilets being available when the Forest Park upgrade is open in the coming weeks.
