MotoGP superstar Marc Marquez to lead homecoming ride to Phillip Island Grand Prix on 18 October 2023
Join our Homecoming Ride celebrating MotoGP at Phillip Island, accompanied by superstar Marc Marquez for a thrilling journey from San Remo to the circuit.
MotoGP superstar Marc Marquez will lead fans on the ride across the iconic San Remo bridge to the Phillip Island Grand Prix Circuit for the second annual Homecoming Ride. On Wednesday, 18th October, up to 500 fans on motorcycles will meet in San Remo and ride to the circuit, completing a lap before finishing on the main straight.
Registration on the 'Homecoming Ride' will be closed at 12:00 pm Tuesday, October 17th. No additional registrations will be accepted in person on the day
MotoGP homecoming ride
The Homecoming Ride welcomes back MotoGP to Australian shores ahead of the gates opening for the MotoGP Guru by Gryfyn Australian Grand Prix on Friday, 20th October. The 2023 Homecoming Ride will start at the Marine Parade Car Park, San Remo, where motorcycles will be checked in and scrutineered before a Q&A session with the MotoGP riders.

Marc Marquez said, "I am really looking forward to getting on the road with all of the Australian GP fans before the race this year. Phillip Island is a really fun race and the Australian fans have a unique character that I enjoy a lot, it's always nice to meet them and speak with them about the sport. See you on The Island!"
