By news@gippsland - 5th February 2024 - Back to News A Bairnsdale family-owned business is at the centre of Wellington Shire's biggest capital works project with the redevelopment of the Sale swimming pool complex. Brooker Builders are the prime contractors for the project which is budgeted to cost more than $20 million and will deliver a new heated indoor swimming pool along with major improvements to the fitness centre and associated facilities.

"Funding has been received from three levels of government to undertake this much-needed redevelopment of the facility which hasn't changed much since I was a boy attending school swimming classes in the 1970s.
