Gippsland Business Awards Update

Nominations are now open

Nomination forms for the seventh Federation Health Gippsland Business Awards are being distributed to every business in Gippsland this week as nominations are now declared open.

Chris Buckingham, Chair of the Federation Health Gippsland Business Awards said: ‘…The awards are now recognised by the community as a hallmark of excellence. Gippsland based businesses understand the importance of developing a point of difference and being a winner at the Federation Health Gippsland Business Awards gives business the opportunity to showcase their achievements...’

There are 10 award categories:

• Environment and Sustainable Business Practice
• Manufacturing/ Export
• Agriculture/ Primary producer
• Retailing
• Accommodation
• Hospitality
• Commerce/ Information Communications Technology
• New Business (less than 3 Years)
• Service
• Tourism

All nominations will be judged for the 2003 Gippsland Business of the Year. Last year’s winner was Valley Windows Pty Ltd based in Morwell.
