Northe Encourages Locals To Support Latrobe L2P To Purchase A Second Car

Member for Morwell Russell Northe is encouraging locals to help the Morwell branch of the Bendigo Bank in conjunction with Berry Street,

Morwell to raise sufficient funds to be able to provide the Latrobe L2P Mentor Program with another car. Mr Northe who is the Chairperson for Latrobe L2P said "This will enable our disadvantaged local teenagers to obtain their 120 hours of driving experience prior to obtaining their licence.

"The Morwell Bendigo Bank branch has been fundraising to support the Latrobe L2P the aim to purchase a second car for the program," Mr Northe said. A Trivia night is being held on Saturday 23rd November, 7pm at the Morwell Club, 136 Helen Street, Morwell.

Tickets are available for purchase at Bendigo Bank Morwell branch, 29 Tarwin Street, Morwell .

The theme for the evening is Christmas so make sure you wear your Christmas fancy dress.

The cost is $20p.p which includes finger food and one complimentary, beer, wine or soft drink upon entry. There will be 10 people per table, a lucky door prize and raffles. Thank you to the major sponsors Colin Watson Motors and KC Service & Installation.
