Dancers return to Pacers Games

Latrobe City Pacers will welcome Dance Limits to its home game this Saturday (26/5/2001) when it takes on Waverley Falcons at the Moe Newbourogh Sports Centre

By David Roberts - 21st May 2001 - Back to News

While the Latrobe City Pacers continue their search for first allusive win of the season, they will be joined this Saturday by Dance Limits School of Excellence as they take on the Waverley Falcons at Moe.

Dance Limits will introduce high energy dance routines at each quarter break and will encourage crowd support during what should be a close game. President of the Pacers, Mr David Roberts, welcomed the support of Dance Limits and believed that energetic and loud crowd support would be instrumental in getting the Pacers over the line for their first win of the Season.

"The team has been extremely competitive in each of their home games and have lost two of these by less than eight points. We are not far away from a win and with the crowd support this Saturday will be a big boost for the Players" Roberts said.

Saturday night will also be the first junior game to held as a curtain raiser, with an Under game between the Traralgon T-Birds and the Moe Meteors.

The U10's game will start at 6.45pm with the Junior Players staying on to join the Cheer Squad to support the Latrobe City Pacers in their game against the Waverley with a tip off at 8pm.
