Mr O'Brien said, "There is no doubt that there are a lot of households doing it tough at the moment, so I am sure these nappies will go a long way to reducing the stress for a number of local families. This initiative is a great way for locals to help locals and I am very grateful to the members of our local community who answer the call to donate to this cause time and time again."

The Nappy Collective is an Australian charity that aims to assist families who do not have enough nappies to change their children as often as they need to. Mr O'Brien said he will continue to be a participant in the Nappy Collective Giving Project and that he is happy for people to continue to drop off donations of unused nappies to his Sale office at any time.

"All kinds of disposable nappies are happily accepted - day, night, pull-ups and even swim nappies. Opened or unopened packets are both perfectly acceptable," Mr O'Brien said.
