The Latrobe Valley Economic Facilitation Fund (LVEFF) is a $10 million fund established under the $40 million Latrobe Valley Economic Development Program. LVEFF will provide grants to businesses in the Latrobe Valley to support business growth and new job creation, consistent with priorities set out in local economic development plans including the Gippsland Strategic Plan, local government strategies and the Committee for Gippsland 'Our Region Our Future' report.

LVEFF will also support economic development and local investment priorities identified by the Gippsland Regional Partnership.

The LVEFF will work to attract and facilitate business investment into the Latrobe Valley through three key 'fund streams' supporting: growing existing businesses; investment attraction; and market access.
