In congratulating Cr Halstead on her election as Deputy Mayor for 2022/23, Cr Michael Whelan also thanked Cr Leticia Laing for her contribution to the role over the past year. "Congratulations to Cr Halstead who continues to serve our community with infectious enthusiasm, passion and a drive for results".
