Authorised the CEO to sign and seal the Constitution in respect to the Latrobe Health Assembly.

Community

  • Endorsed submissions to the Community Sports Infrastructure Funding program:
    • Tyers Recreation Reserve oval lighting
    • Northern Reserve Newborough oval lighting
    • Traralgon South Recreation Reserve change facilities
    • Traralgon Skate Park feasibility study
  • Appointed three community members to the Hyland Highway Landfill Consultative Committee.
  • Adopted the Terms of Reference for the Moe and District Social Infrastructure Plan Reference Group
  • Gives notice of its intention to rename Tyers Recreation Reserve ‘Baillie Reserve Tyers’ and invite public submissions


    • Decisions and reports

  • Noted the report on the Traralgon, Moe, Morwell and Churchill CBD footpaths
  • Authorised the CEO to sign and seal the Creation of Easement document for Gippsland Water to upgrade sewers in Boola Court and Nugong Drive Traralgon.
  • Adopted the Debtor Management Policy
  • Received and noted Assemblies of Councillors records.
