Northe Congratulates Good Friday Appeal Community Leaders
Contributors to Royal Children’s Hospital Good Friday Appeal acknoweledged.
This week in State Parliament, Member for Morwell Russell Northe has acknowledged and congratulated local groups and businesses involved in raising significant funds for the Royal Children’s Hospital Good Friday Appeal.
"I was proud to rise in Parliament to congratulate a special group of local people who work tirelessly every year, to put Latrobe Valley on the map in the Royal Children’s Hospital Good Friday Appeal", Mr. Northe said. "These activities not only raise vital funds to support sick Victorian children and their families, but make the entire region proud of the generosity, hard work, and initiative of local groups and businesses for this worthy cause".
"These efforts are not a representation of one day’s work, it’s a culmination of year round hard yakka, planning and investment", Mr Northe said. "It is a reflection of the generosity of our local community and I urge the people of my electorate to continue their strong support and involvement, of this important work".
Mr Northe’s acknowledgement is included in the Hansard excerpt attached, for your reference.
