Everyone is invited to Sarsfield Snaps photographers launch their own book on 7 October 2022The Sarsfield Community Association on behalf of the Sarsfield Snaps team are really excited to share a special invitation with you, from the Sarsfield Snaps photographers. By news@gippsland - 15th September 2022 - Back to News Sarsfield Snaps is a bushfire recovery project located in Sarsfield, East Gippsland. The project highlights the voices of children and young people in bushfire recovery through photography. For more information, visit Sarsfield Snaps website. The photographers are launching their very own book! The launch will coincide with a celebration of the final stages of the Snaps project. The event is being designed, and will be delivered, by the photographers (including speeches etc). An invitation to the book launch and celebration is attached. 
Come and join as Sarsfield celebrates the achievement of the Snaps Photographers with their book launch! Reminders for the attendeesWe ask that those media representatives either attending the event, or speaking with photographers prior to the event, comply with the following: - Please do not record interviews with photographers without first checking with parents/carers (all photographers are under 18 years)
- If interviewing a photographer at any stage, please do not ask about their; and
- Own experience of the fires
- Family home or family's experience of the fires
- Own recovery journey
- Please focus on the photographers experience in the project and the images they have taken
