Shadow Minister for Finance Gordon Rich-Phillips and Shadow Minister for Planning Matthew Guy will represent the Liberal Party in this inquiry.

Philip Davis said the appointments follow the successful passage of the inquiry’s terms of reference in the Legislative Council on Wednesday, after co-operation from the Nationals, Australian Greens, and the Democratic Labor Party.

"The inquiry will focus on the probity of Victoria’s gaming licensing processes, the effectiveness of measures to address problem gambling, and the transparency of the Community Support Fund," Mr Davis said.
