Architectural AwardsApplications for the 2007 Architectural Excellence in the South East Awards close on Friday March 30. By Bass Coast Shire Council - 27th March 2007 - Back to News Last year, Bass Coast received the Best Conservation Award for the restoration of the Wonthaggi Railway.
Anyone involved on architectural projects in Bass Coast are encouraged to enter the Awards. It is an excellent opportunity to showcase innovative building and landscape design within the area.
The aim of the Awards is to promote and reward architectural excellence in areas as varied as landscaping, conservation, contemporary design, housing, restoration and reuse. The south east region incorporates the municipalities of Bass Coast, Cardinia, Casey, Frankston, Greater Dandenong, and the Mornington Peninsula.
