Customer Service Up and Running in CowesCouncil has opened a new Customer Service Centre in Cowes By Portal Admin - 20th January 2021 - Back to News Bass Coast Shire Council has opened a new Customer Service Centre in Cowes, located at 154-156 Thompson Avenue, within Phillip Island Nature Parks’ office.
From Monday, 18 January, the Centre will be open from 10.00am to 3.00pm on weekdays.
With Council’s Customer Service and Visitor Experience Team in place, customers will be able to make payments, collect syringe containers and green caddy liners, make general enquiries, or receive visitor information.
The Cowes office will operate under the Nature Parks’ COVIDSafe Plan.
Bass Coast Shire Acting CEO, Jodi Kennedy, said this is an exciting collaboration that will provide a venue in Cowes to serve residents and visitors until the new Cowes Cultural and Community Centre is built.
"I would like to thank Nature Parks CEO Catherine Basterfield and her team for providing such an incredible space," Ms Kennedy said.
