Latrobe City mayor, Councillor Darrell White, said a flood emergency information centre will be opened for affected residents at Moe town hall from 12 noon until 6 pm today Thursday 24 March and tomorrow Friday 25 March.

"Council is currently working to determine the impacts the storm had across the municipality. This information will assist with the development of a detailed needs analysis and will allow affected community members to connect with available assistance.

"Information and support will be provided on a range of organisations and services that may be of assistance to those affected by the storm. Anyone who has been affected, or has any questions or concerns, is encouraged to attend the flood emergency information centre," Cr White concluded.
