Victalent Grants For Sports ClubsThe Nationals Member for Eastern Region, Peter Hall, reminds sporting and recreational clubs in the Eastern Region electorate that the popular Victalent Grants are once again available. By The Nationals - 2nd March 2007 - Back to News Victalent encourages and supports developing athletes, coaches, officials and teams who travel extensively to train and compete in rural and regional Victoria.
"They are particularly useful to country clubs and individuals," explained
Mr Hall, "because of the distances between venues and the high cost of fuel."
Applications for projects after 30 June 2007 should be submitted by 16 March this year.
Grants of up to $500 are available and guidelines and application forms may be found on line at www.grants.dvc.vic.gov.au.
Applications can be sent electronically, by fax or by mail.
