Women in Business Network to meet WednesdayThe Streetlife Women in Business Network will hold a networking session on Wednesday 27 August at the Maffra Memorial Hall By Latrobe City Council - 28th August 2003 - Back to News Which will feature a variety of fun activities including a fun belly dancing class, yoga and relaxation techniques and a brief pilates instruction session which will give mental focus, integrating body and mind.
Gail Robertson, Streetlife Women in Business Network facilitator, said the idea of networking is to learn more from others and make new contacts to help grow businesses. "In fact, this very network, the Streetlife Women in Business Nework, with over 190 members, is already providing links between businesses and professional women. A strong support and friendship base has been established, proving that networking is the key to helping women achieve confidence through their business contacts," Ms Ropbertson explained.
The Streetlife Women in Business Network is supported by Latrobe City and Wellington Shire and is funded by the State government.
