Expanding job opportunities
Bass Coast Shire Council Mayor, Cr Michael Whelan said "The Bass Coast Jobs Expo provides a fantastic opportunity for job seekers to meet with employers and discuss available positions, apprenticeships and career pathways in Bass Coast and the surrounding region. We encourage employers with job vacancies to register an exhibit so they can have more engaged conversations with attendees as well as provide a platform to showcase their business."
"We are delighted to be able to expand this important program which helps boost employment in our region and support economic growth. These are high priority areas for council and we are pleased to be able to facilitate a range of sessions such as this. I would encourage all business owners in the area to continue to be involved in this fortnight of events," Cr Whelan said.
