"We are seeing a large number of applicants for each advertised role and as a result we are recruiting highly talented and motivated individuals from a range of diverse backgrounds and experiences. With milestone policies such as equal prize money for all competitors at sporting events, our work to implement customer at centre principles across the whole organisation. These are just some of the examples of the changes we've made that we're really proud of, and are being celebrated by this Award," Ms Wastie said.
"I am very proud of the whole organisation, this award is well deserved and an excellent indication that we are heading in the right direction as a workplace, and that we are setting the bar high for others in the sector to follow," Ms Wastie concluded.
