Help us shine a light on the voices of our youngest residents and their families. Based on the feedback of over 700 people, council has developed a new Children and Families Plan as part of our commitment to supporting children and families to feel they belong and can be happy, healthy, and develop to their full potential.

This Plan concentrates on children aged up to 12 years and their families. It aims to cover all the ways council is involved in supporting this section of our community, as well as the opportunities for other organisations and levels of government to support us.

We encourage you to read through the Draft Children and Families Plan, and let us know in the survey below if there is anything we have missed. To have your say, go to Draft Children and Families Plan page to provide your feedback. Feedback closes Thursday 30 November 2023.
