This week we celebrated International Women's Day (IWD). It's a global day celebrating women's social, economic, cultural and political achievements. The day also marks a call to action for accelerating gender parity. We asked some of our staff and leaders what equality means to them. See the International Women's Day 2023 video and hear their thoughts about equality.
