East Gippsland Water customers may receive a phone call in the next few weeks asking to take part in our annual customer satisfaction survey.

By news@gippsland - 12th September 2022 - Back to News

East Gippsland Water's annual survey of customers, with around 400 chosen at random to provide honest feedback about the way we provide water and wastewater services to the community. It's important to know that independent contractors Insync and TKW Research will be conducting the survey and will not be engaging in a sales pitch for a product of service. It is purely an information gathering exercise. East Gippsland Water is one of seven water authorities to be using this service, to cut costs.

Feedback sought

East Gippsland Water's Executive Manager Customers, Community and Communications, David Radford encouraged those taking part in the survey to provide honest feedback.

"This annual survey is an important tool to help us gauge how well we are performing with our services and will assist with our planning for the future. That's why it's important that if customers receive a phone call, they provide honest feedback about their experience with us over the past 12 months," he said.

Please note that if customers receive calls from people selling water filters or any other device, it is in no way connected with this survey. Anyone with concerns around the validity of any calls should end the conversation and contact our Customer, Community and Communications team on 1800 671 841.
