'Live at the Park' one-day live music event coming to Drouin Civic Park this NovemberEvent to be held at the newly upgraded Drouin Civic Park on Saturday 20th November to attract visitors and give a positive impact for the region. By news@gippsland - 23rd July 2021 - Back to News Baw Baw Shire Council has partnered with The Hills are Alive group to bring Live at the Park, a one-day live music event, to Drouin Civic Park this November. Live at the Park will feature headline acts including The Living End, Daryl Braithwaite, Kate Ceberano and more.
A brand new one-day music event is coming to Gippsland, come and join us in this COVID-safe event
Live at the park
Live at the Park will be the first large-scale live music event to return to the region after the disruptions of the COVID-19 pandemic. The event will be held at the newly upgraded Drouin Civic Park on Saturday 20th November.
This event will help to attract visitors back to the region and support the economic recovery and growth following the pandemic. Council will work together with local tourism operators and businesses to ensure the event will have a positive impact on the region and drive future growth for the visitor economy.

General On-Sale tickets will be released:
Numbers will be limited to ensure all in attendance will experience a safe and enjoyable atmosphere. The event will run in accordance with COVIDSafe guidelines.
Exciting event to bring people
Mayor Danny Goss said, "On behalf of Council I'm delighted to welcome this exciting music event to the region. With the ongoing disruptions of the pandemic, it has been a challenging time for Baw Baw businesses - especially those that rely on tourism and events to bring people through the doors. Live at the Park will be a fantastic event for our community, bringing visitors to the region and giving a real positive boost to our economic recovery."
