The major construction contract will be carried out by locally based Kubale Constructions, ensuring the project supports Baw Baw's economy and delivers local jobs. Construction is expected to take approximately 15 months, with completion anticipated in mid-2024.
The Warragul Leisure Centre will remain open during the construction period, with some minor disruptions to services expected. Council would like to thank the community for its patience during the construction period and looks forward to unveiling the completed expansion next year.
