Bass Coast Shire appoints Anglicare Victoria to deliver youth services from July 2025
From 1 July 2025, Anglicare Victoria will take over management of Youth Services for Bass Coast Shire, ensuring continued support, wellbeing programs, and connection for young people at the YES Youth Hub.
Bass Coast Shire Council has appointed Anglicare Victoria to manage and deliver Youth Services across the Shire from 1 July 2025, following a competitive tender process. Anglicare Victoria will deliver a diverse range of quality services both at the YES Youth Hub and throughout Bass Coast, enhancing the health, wellbeing and social connection for young people across a broad range of programming.

Youth services partnership
CEO Greg Box said Anglicare Victoria is a highly respected provider, with a strong presence in our community and vision for the future of Youth Services here in Bass Coast. "We're excited to partner with Anglicare Victoria, who are recognised leaders in the sector, to strengthen the vital services and support for young people in Bass Coast" Mr Box said.
Mr Box thanked YMCA Victoria for their years of dedicated service to the Bass Coast community. "The YMCA has been a valued partner for Council and community, and our priority is the continuity of service for our young people through this transition period as we move to an exciting new partnership." Programming and services will continue throughout the transition period, with the YES Youth Hub and all programs operating as normal.
