Media are welcome to attend during either the heats or finals.

- Friday 25th January | Heats from 9:00am|Finals from 3:30pm
- Saturday 26th January | Heats from 9:00am | Finals from 3:30pm
- Sunday 27th January | Heats from 9:00am | Finals from 2.00pm
Gippsland President Jackie Madden will be available to provide interview opportunities to all media upon request.
Gippsland Swimming Inc. will be hosting the 2019 OPTUS Victorian Country Long Course Swimming Championships.
