Return to Study with GippsTAFEGippsTAFE is conducting a "Return to Study" class for people who are planning or considering doing a course next year By GippsTAFE - 2nd October 2003 - Back to News "The return to study course runs for 7 weeks and is for people who would like to do Adult VCE,Certificate of General Education or vocational studies such as Childcare and Community Studies," said Neil Hauxwell from GippsTAFE’s Community Access Centre.
"The class introduces the student to the various options available for them at GippsTAFE and teaches them basic skills for going back to study."
The class involves revision of maths, English and computers and there will be role playing exercises that simulate typical study situations, and can even include modules from other GippsTAFE courses, depending on their interests.
GippsTAFE’s Community Access Centre has a relaxed environment to enable students to interact with each other and exchange valuable experience and ideas within a class setting.
The class begins on the October 14 and will be on every Tuesday for 7 weeks.
