Westernport Water survey starts October 11Customers of Westernport Water will be chosen at random for the annual customer satisfaction survey starting October 11. By Susan Webster - 5th October 2007 - Back to News The 15 to 18-minute phone survey will be conducted independently by survey company Bartley Consulting and will be completely anonymous.
The results will help the water authority prioritise issues of importance to its customers.
