Bairnsdale / Paynesville gas maps on displayMaps showing the proposed rollout of natural gas reticulation to residential parts of Bairnsdale and Paynesville are now on public display. By Craig Ingram - 4th April 2005 - Back to News Gippsland East MP, Craig Ingram, said the maps have been provided as a guide for residents to ascertain if their property will be included in the three-year rollout.
"I requested the maps due to the large amount of enquiries my office has been receiving and finally I have them on display in my office window in Main Street, Bairnsdale," Mr Ingram said.
"Residents wishing to connect to natural gas should be contacting their preferred supplier and expressing their interest. "Wy Yung has not been included in the rollout and I will be mailing out an expression of interest survey to Wy Yung residents later this month in an effort to gather information to present to the responsible company for consideration," Mr Ingram concluded.
