Bradley Beach is chosen to host a workshop at the TAFE Frontiers Flexible Learning Conference

GippsTAFE’s Flexible Learning Manager, Bradley Beach, has been chosen to host a workshop at the TAFE Frontiers Flexible Learning Conference, at the Melbourne Convention Centre.

The conference is to be held over Flexible Learning Week, which is this week, August 12-16.

The workshop titled "Totally On-line Across Six States" showcases Fee for Service programs, which are commercially funded programs that are delivered completely on-line, including enrolment, content, facilitation and assessment across six states and discussion on the issues surrounding industry funded distance on-line training and importance of on-line facilitation.

The conference also features keynote speakers on flexible learning and a trade exhibition featuring the latest project and resource information.

Mr Beach has several years experience in flexible learning and specialises in the areas of on-line facilitation and on-line fee for service programs for industry.

Mr Beach was an ANTA (Australian National Training Authority) Flexible Learning Leader in 2001 and while undertaking the Flexible Leaders Program, he had the opportunity to spend time with world leaders in flexible learning in the UK, Canada, USA and Australia.

Flexible Learning Week highlights and supports the development and adoption of innovative flexible learning in the Victorian State Training Service.

GippsTAFE has an expanding range of courses and subjects that can be completed on-line, including areas such as Professional Writing and Editing, Arts, Hospitality and Information Technology.
