Agribusiness Summit Looks To The FutureMore than 80 attendees have been registered for the 6th Annual Agribusiness Summit to be held at DPI’s Ellinbank Centre on June 8/9, the Parliamentary Secretary for Agriculture, Geoff Howard, said today. By Department of Primary Industries - 8th June 2005 - Back to News "The 2005 Victorian Agribusiness Summit is an excellent way of sharing ideas on innovation, sustainable development and cooperation across Victoria’s regions," Mr Howard said.
"This is also the first Agribusiness Summit that is being co-ordinated and organised by a regional Agribusiness Forum," he said.
The Summit is themed ‘The Future for Agribusiness’ and will look at issues such as labour challenges, building community capacity and a futuristic look at agribusiness.
The Member for Evelyn, Heather McTaggart, will also be attending.
