Kokoda Air TragedyThe Morwell electorate is again in mourning as we learn of the passing of three of our own. By Russell Northe - 20th August 2009 - Back to News What was meant to be the trip of a lifetime, has ended tragically for those who boarded Flight CG4684 to Papua New Guinea. I extend my heartfelt sympathies to the loved ones they leave behind.
The Latrobe community will rally to support the families, friends, neighbours and colleagues of Euan, Max and Leanne, who were each known to me personally. We share their grief and hold them in our prayers and thoughts.
Condolences also to the families of the other Australians lost in this tragedy.
