The show is presented by the Maffra Dramatic Society. A strong cast of more than 30 local actors including a 16-member choir supported by the Wellington Community Orchestra, will be performing hits including Do – Re – Mi, My Favourite Things and Edelweiss.

The Sound of Music was brought alive on the big screen by Julie Andrews and this stage adaptation - directed by Robert Woodhouse – will be recreated in a flash of great colour with over 150 costumes, making it fantastic fun for the entire family.

The production will run on 18, 19 and 20 June. Tickets are $28 for adults, $20 for concessions and high school students are $15. For bookings and more information please call the entertainment centre’s box office on 5143 3200.
