By Portal Admin - 28th September 2020 - Back to News Member for Morwell Russell Northe said he was pleased to learn that the Victorian Governments Business Adaptation Grants program has been extended following the announcement of the most recent recipients which also included support for a Traralgon based business.
Mr Northe said, "It was terrific to see Village Dairy in Traralgon East receive a $76,000 grant under this program which will enable the company to adopt efficiencies by semi-automating its cheese packing process whilst enabling physical distancing measures between employees".
"It’s also pleasing to note that other Gippsland businesses in the agribusiness sector will have the opportunity to apply for funding through the Business Adaptation Grants program until the end of 2020" Mr Northe continued.
