East Gippsland Shire Council is inviting businesses to complete its Business Insights Survey to help identify regional challenges and opportunities

Business survey opens

Mayor Cr Jodie Ashworth said the survey was an important opportunity for businesses to help shape the future of East Gippsland's economy. "Our businesses are the backbone of East Gippsland's economy, creating local jobs, supporting our communities and driving investment across the region. Every survey response will help us better understand the challenges and opportunities facing businesses across East Gippsland, strengthen our advocacy, and ensure our future economic development priorities reflect the needs of our business community."

The survey will gather feedback on business conditions, opportunities for growth and the barriers businesses face, helping Council identify priorities for future investment, business support and advocacy. Businesses that receive an invitation are encouraged to complete the survey and share their experiences. The findings will help shape Council's economic development planning and strengthen advocacy for investment that benefits the region.

Businesses with questions, or those who believe they should have received a survey invitation, can contact Council's Economic Development team at economic.development@egipps.vic.gov.au.
