Blues Brothers in Concert Wellington Shire Council’s Esso BHP Billiton Wellington Entertainment Centre will be the venue for a live performance of Blues Brothers In Concert - an original adaptation of the classic cult film. By Wellington Shire Council - 9th June 2004 - Back to News Stratford based theatre company Eye2Eye return to the entertainment centre with the music that sparked a phenomenon, rolling out hits from R&B legends such as James Brown, Ray Charles and Aretha Franklin in big band style over two consecutive weekends.
A strong cast of over 30 local actors will perform in the show which features music, dancing and singing, featuring hits including Shake your Tail Feather, Rawhide, Jail House Rock and Stand by your Man making it fantastic entertainment for all ages.
The show will run over two weekends - on 16, 17, 18, 22, 23 & 24 July. Tickets are $25 for adults and $20 for concessions. For bookings and more information please call the entertainment centre’s box office on 5143 3200.
