Spirit of Christmas coming to Performing Arts CentreGet ready for the Spirit of Christmas on Thursday 15 December at the Latrobe Performing Arts Centre as the Gaslight Company brings you songs, laughs and season’s cheer. By Portal Admin - 1st December 2016 - Back to News Latrobe City Council’s coordinator performing arts and venues, Kathleen Roberts, said celebrating Christmas had never been so much musical fun.
"The Gaslight Company is one of Australia’s leading song companies, so you know you’re going to be entertained. Home-grown soprano Alison Rae Jones and tenor Roy Best are accompanied by Robyn Wommersley on the piano and the show will be compered by Chris McKenna.
"This is the final show for the year at the Performing Arts Centre and we want it to be a celebration. That’s what the show is about – celebrating the end of the year with music and laughter. Get into the Christmas spirit!
"And what a wonderful idea for an early Christmas present for relatives or older friends. While you’re buying tickets for this show, why not consider a membership package for 2017? Our program is shaping up and there is an early bird package on offer. Come to the box office for more information," Ms Roberts said.
The Spirit of Christmas will be performed at the Latrobe Performing Arts Centre on Thursday 15 December from 11am. Book your tickets at the Box Office on 5176 3333 or online at www.latrobe.vic.gov.au/lpawhatson
