On-line business functions are the way of the future, right? From lining up in banks to ATMs to internet banking... E-commerce enabled business seems to be the only way to go.

But not everyone is confident to begin pushing the shopping trolley on-line. To ensure that people do not feel alienated it is just as essential to make sure you also have a toll-free number.

It's relatively simple to set up and can make a big difference to your sales figures. Remember that while you may be an internet junkie from way back, for some people getting on-line is still a new and terrifying experience. Giving out details like credit card numbers can unleash a whole range of unnecessary fears. A toll-free number ensures that possible customers have an familiar outlet to purchase your product.
