Emergency Service Excellence AwardBass Coast Mayor, Cr Neville Goodwin, presented an Emergency Services Excellence Award to Bob King this week. By Bass Coast Shire Council - 8th September 2006 - Back to News Bob was nominated for the award by SES Regional Manager East Region, Kevin Perry.
The award was presented to Bob in recognition of his dedication to the community through his exemplary work with the San Remo SES Unit.
Bob joined the SES in 1993 and is currently Team Leader of the San Remo SES.
He has also been the recipient of the Dennis Clarke Memorial Award.
According to his colleagues, nothing is a bother to Bob. He is always ready to give anyone a hand and is an all round nice guy.
