Phillip Island Aquatics and Recreation Precinct One Step Closer
The application of the PAO reserves the land, so that it can be acquired to establish and enhance the public open space network on Phillip Island.
The Minister for Planning has gazetted Amendment C153, which applies a Public Acquisition Overlay (PAO) on the land at the southwest corner of the intersection of Phillip Island and Ventnor Roads, also known as the Cowes Carnival Site
