Morwell Bowlers Prepare For Interstate ChampionshipsCould the Shield fall back to Victoria? By Joe Tomasinski - 26th February 2002 - Back to News Over the weekend three (3) of Latrobe Valleys best Junior Tenpin Bowlers Sarah Arnold , Katie Arnold and Brett Lacey made the Victorian Junior State team to represent Victoria against all other states in NSW at the end of June 2002.
Sarah , Katie and Brett (all of whom bowl at Morwell Tenpins) had to qualify over three exhausting weekends to make the team which consist of 7 girls and 7 boys in each side. All the Staff, bowlers and Gippslanders wish them the very best when they travel to NSW to win the President Shield trophy back for Victoria.
