The Portal Television Onslaught Begins!Look out for Gippsland.com on your small screen By Emma Kae - 16th October 2001 - Back to News The Gippsland.com portal is continuing the Portal Awareness Campaign with series of television advertisements on Win Television. The first ad, featuring appearances by the Portal construction team, will soon be replaced by the latest advertisement, filmed early this week.
The replacement follows the feedback that indicated that the first ad was too ‘serious looking’ and did not communicate the Gippsland.com message clearly enough.
The new advertisement features a lighter tone, complete with propeller hats on each cast member. The resident psychologist has noted that being fearless of public humiliation will indicate that listing on Gippsland.com is a positive experience.
