Anybody who has ever been a member of a club will know that the political life of the club can be a hotbed of intrigue.

Mick Malloy's first film 'Crackerjack' tells the tale of a bowls club under threat of takeover as its launching pad for an Australian comedy with which we will all be able to identify.

3BBR-FM is holding a film night at the Warragul Cinema on the first night of the Australia wide release of 'Crackerjack'.

Tickets are available now for the show, which will be on Thursday 7th November, at 6.45 for a 7 pm start. The $12 ticket price includes supper. The money raised will buy an urgently needed new turntable for the on-air studio.

3BBR-FM is a volunteer radio station serving the community in West Gippsland, and depends on membership and fundraising to supply equipment.

All listeners are cordially invited to attend, and to enjoy supper with presenters and Committee after the show.

Please ring the studio on 56 254 995 for bookings.
