Mr Kiwarkis and his party will be attending a memorial service at the Grave side of Sir Stanley Savige in Melbourne before travelling to Morwell for the unveiling, Cr White said.

Sir Stanley Savige was born in Morwell on the 26 June 1890 and many members and descendants of the Savige family are expected to travel to Morwell for the ceremony.
