Phillip Island Junior Pro opening ceremony at Penguin Parade 7:30 am 20 September 2023
The Phillip Island Junior Pro's Opening Ceremony has been relocated to the Penguin Parade due to weather conditions. Event starts at 7:30am with Mayor Cr Michael Whelan's opening speech.
Update from Surfing Victoria. Due to the forecast conditions tomorrow at Phillip Island, the Opening Ceremony for the Phillip Island Junior Pro has been moved to the Penguin Parade. Please follow the path to the penguin viewing platform. 7.30 to 8.15am with surfing competition to commence approximately 8.30am.

Mayor, Cr Michael Whelan will be opening the event at 7:30am. If you would like to do a media interview please contact me urgently as we also have a Council meeting on tomorrow and he will have limited time to post the event.
