Welcome a Board!Introduction to Board Member services By Stephen Bell - 13th February 2001 - Back to News As a Board Member you have a secure access level to the GDL web site. PLEASE ENSURE PROTECTION OF YOUR ACCESS ID AND PASSWORD. Should you lose your password, or you know it to be compromised advise GDL immediately and we will cancel your old password and provide you with a new one. If you forget your password the system will not prompt you for a correction and after 5 attempts you will be locked out. Contact GDL and ask for the systems administrator to provide you with a new password access and you are live on the system again.
The services for Board members are simple and enable you to view and print any of the last three Minutes of Meetings. The system also permits you to sumbit agenda items, paste in agenda papers and to read or print agenda papers prior to each meeting. The site also provides a Billboard for general information and an e-mail/fax function to keep others informed.
